NAKAKABILIB: Old Tricycle Driver Sets Up Mini “Sari-Sari” Store in Vehicle, Earns Admiration from Netizens

 These days, we need to think of a plan on how to earn money to provide and sustain the needs of our family. Some work double jobs, and some are selling different stuff to earn extra. Because most of the price of our neccessities are rising, many of us got affected and even the rich are having a hard time to make ends meet.

That’s why a father who was a tricycle driver inspired the netizens after his unique strategy that was spread on social media. At the age of 63, Tatay Crisostomo endured the fatigue and the heat of the sun just to look for passengers to ride on his tricycle and bring something home with his family.

Tatay Crisostomo works every day and the amazing thing is that he came up with a strategy to increase his small income from driving his tricycle . In a post by her former passenger Allana Abbiegail, she shared her experience of riding Tatay Crisostomo’s tricycle and was amazed by its unique strategy. Abbiegail’s picture shows that apart from being a tricycle, Tatay Crisostomo also made it a sari-sari store mobile after putting goods inside his tricycle.

Aside from this, he also has a cooler made of styrofoam on the back of his tricycle where his cold drinks are placed. The picture shows Tatay Crisostomo selling softdrinks and mineral water and inside the tricycle are chips, chocolate and some biscuits.

According to Tatay Crisostomo, it is becoming more attractive to his passengers because his passengers are really comfortable because his goods are appetizing. This will add to my Tatay Crisostomo’s income, especially now that the price of gas is rising, he is earning extra income that he can take home with his family.
